I had a relatively enjoyable experience, although I found my salad to be a tad watery, and the chicken bits could have been less gummy. The potato was a little better than just okay, but the Wendy’s staff didn’t hold back on the butter and sour cream and I appreciate it. I like that the Wendy’s ambiance is always pretty consistent, the florescent lights and elderly patrons made me feel at home.

I regrettably ordered a chicken Mcnugget Happy Meal with a Sprite. The Mcsad meal was particularly dry, and lacking of salt. I only received one sweet and sour sauce upon my asking, which disturbed me. Thankfully the meal made me cry into my food, giving it a more desirable flavor.

Statement of Principles

Blog Your Arteries is a celebration of America. It is the brainchild of three lovers of fast food who set out each week to review a different fast food restaurant. Our goals are to seek out the dishes that are pushing the envelope of this beloved culinary genre, celebrate the traditional fast fare of our childhood, and hold these restaurants to a high standard in a wasteland of uninspiring chains. We will grade each specific location (cleanliness, service, ambiance, etc.) as well as each dish ordered (originality, taste, presentation, etc.). Any place with a drive-thru is fair game for critique.
